We had Tannon and Jossi over for dinner tonight and we had a nice evening! We got to talking about memories from when we lived in wyoming. Is was nice to reminice with him! We talked about our school in wyoming. We lived about 25 miles out of laramie and the school was called harmony elementary. There were only about 50 students in the whole school that went from kindergarten to 5th grade. We talked about the teachers and some of our old friends. Tannon told this story about one day when he was eating lunch in the cafeteria with his friends. He was really excited cause we were having pizza! Well he all of the sudden got sick and got a little woozie. Then he started projectile vomiting all over the place!!! He says he remembers it was pretty bad!!! anyway it was really funny when he told the story!
Another memory I was thinking about when they left was again back in wyoming. We lived in a big house up on a little hill. We had 7 acres and all of our neighbors were at least a mile away. We had to entertain our selves alot also considering we had no tv!! So we would go on hikes to various places on our property and even farther away. One was over the fence on some land that was behind us, we found this rock, a big rock that we would play house on. We chose places for every room in a house, there was a living room and a kitchen. Bedrooms and a bathroom, even a tub that we pretended we would take baths in! lol! Life was so easy as a kid back then! I do remember one time when we went over there and for some reason I had lost my shoes. My little brother was with us and he was just young and he had gotten hurt and couldn't walk. So I took him on my back and carried him home! BAREFOOT! There was tons of cactus and every step I took was like walking on a board full of nails!!! When we finally got home, we were both crying and bleeding but I felt so accomplished! I had done something so hard and for a good reason! I also remember I had prayed so hard that Heavenly Father would help us get home and that He would give me the strength the make it even though it hurt so bad!
I have so many fun memories from living there! I'm so glad for all the experiences!! I wouldn't trade it for anything!!!!
Whats one of your memories from when you were a kid?

Bryn that story was so cute! I love hearing about all of your guys' memories. It's so fun to listen to them! One of my favorite childhood memories was when my sister and I would play in the field behind our neigbors house. We would build houses out of these old discarded railroad ties, and we would go "fishing" in the ravine full of water! It was so much fun! I so miss being a kid! Back then everything was so easy and carefree, but there's definitely a lot to look forward to being an adult! :) I can't wait until I have kids and help them build those memories!
